That is the lease signing date for me and my girlfriend on our new apartment. I wouldn't be doing this unless I was feeling really good about this. It's a town house with upstairs having one bathroom, two bedrooms. Basic living room, kitchen area and a full basement. Going to move my HD tv down in the basement with my ps3 and my recliner I got from my grandpa after he passed away.

It has a washer and dryer hook up and with income taxes we may get those with.

I'm hoping we can get a place on a corner building so we only have one neighbor.

Oh and it's running a special where the rent will be 699 month and we have a coupon from a renters magazine that takes 400 bucks off the first months rent.

Funny story. I took a lot of crap from Dennis because my wife didn't want the video games upstairs when we bought our house. The other day, Dennis and I are driving home from work and he starts telling me that he's putting his HD TV in the basement and he doesn't want to put the PS3 in the living room because his girlfriend's TV isn't HD. Naturally I ask him why he doesn't put the flatscreen in the living room then and he avoids the question for a few minutes before finally admitting that his GF didn't want the PS3 in the living room because she doesn't want to have to go in the basement to watch movies while he's playing.

Dennis said I can come over and stay anytime, so yeah I have dibs on the other room.

Nothing's changing here, I have my own laptop so it's not like my internet time will be cut or anything. Things will go on!
